Instructions
Follow this order of exercises, rest for 2 minutes between rounds, complete 4 rounds total. MAX EFFORT.

Perform as a circuit workout of 4 rounds
Running
500m
Backward Sled Drag
60 sec each
1) When performing this exercise, you’ll want to maintain a slight extension in through the spine.
2) From there, you’re going to reach backwards as far as you can with your feet as you step backwards.
Rower
500m
Push with the heels, pull with the arms. Keep it smooth.
Medicine Ball Slam

1. Stand upright holding a medicine ball with both hands and stand with your feet at shoulder width.
2. Raise the ball above your head, arms fully extended and straight.
3. Slam the ball into the ground directly in front of you as hard as you can.
4. Catch the ball with both hands on the bounce and repeat the movement.
Plank
60 sec each
Brace abs and glutes.
Repeat new round

Backward Sled Drag

Rower

Push with the heels, pull with the arms. Keep it smooth.
